Just came across this old cartoon on the front page of youku. While I’ve not watched it all yet (it’s over 70 mins long!), I thought it was worth posting for sure. It’s not Disney by any stretch, but it’s worth a look.
It’s called 铁扇公主, which I think translates into “Iron Princess” (someone correct me if I’m wrong, the 扇 character is new to me).
I stand corrected: 铁扇公主 is iron-fan princess.

大闹天宫 from 1960’s is awesome. probably the best of Chinese cartoon, recent cartoons couldn’t get closer. It won a bog award in Czech movie/cartoon festival in the 60’s
