As i said the other day, me and my brother were at the Badaling section of the Great Wall in Beijing. We ended up choosing this section, mostly because we were pressed for time - but I really appreciate all the tips and feedback that some readers provided. I wish we had more time to check out those less-crowded areas.

One part of the wall was really really steep. And anyone that knows me is well aware of my dislike of inclined surfaces. So I took the opportunity to sit back and snap off a few photos for my brother to bring home as souvenirs. Here’s one of the better ones:
