Kaiser Kuo over at Digital Watch reports that Tudou.com has been taken offline so they can change servers. Now whether or not this has anything to do with the rumored shutdown order, I’m not going to speculate.

I am however going to cross my fingers, and hope that they are back up come midnight tonight, as their onsite message indicates.

I have videos on there, and I hope they’re safe!
